Payment
The Company only accepts Paypal and credit card, and we reserve the right to exclude particular methods of payment. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. The Company reserves the right to change any payment terms for any order without prior notice.
Delivery
The Company partners with some Hong Kong based transportation service providers to provide a highly efficient and cost-effective delivery service. You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive for the order at the specified time of delivery at the specified address. Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rainstorm and bad weather. No delivery services shall be available on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays; and when Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.
SF Express – Self pick up (Hong Kong only)
Pick up point: Customers can select SF Store, SF Service Center.
Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. Information about delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express.
Time: It usually takes around 2-3 workings days, and it may take longer if pick up at convenience store is chosen.
Storage period: Please collect the products within 3 working days after the products arrived at the pickup point. Should you require special arrangement, please contact SF Express.
SF Express – Delivery (Hong Kong only)
Products can be sent to the destination according to your address, this may lead to a higher delivery fee.
Delivery fee: Customers shall be responsible for the delivery fee and settle the payment upon collecting the products. Please note that delivery fee is not reflected on the order. Information about delivery fee, please refer to: SF Express.
Time: It usually takes around 2-3 workings days.
Cancel, Return and Refund
You are recommended to contact us immediately after receiving the products should there be any issues. Requests for replacement or refund will only be considered within 5 working days after delivery. Product photos on this site are for reference only, and may deviate from the actual products due to the quality of the photos. Such deviations, if any, do not act as a ground for replacement and refund. All return and refund requests are subject to the final decision of the Company.
In some special circumstances, the returned products or the ordered products may be out of stock. In this case, we will contact customer and replace another products of the same price by mutual consent. If not, we will refund the full payment according to the purchase method when order.
Keep the packaging materials
There is need to keep the packaging materials. To be eligible for return, please keep the products in a clean condition with no rips, tears or stains.
Force Majeure
If the Company is prevented in the performance of the services it offers on this site by reason of act of God, fire, flood, casualty, accident or other natural disaster, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes that beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.

Luen Tai Group (China) Limited shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, liability, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to your access and use of the website and the content.
In case of any disputes, Luen Tai Group (China) Limited reserves the right of final decision.

The Company owns the intellectual property rights of the site and all contents on the site, including trademarks, logos, product names, and company names. Any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this website without the prior written permission of the Company is prohibited.
